Youth and Families 

SNA's relationship-based approach to youth programming means all of our programs have been created out of needs in our community identified by residents and youth themselves.  The children and youth in our community deserve to have a safe place with strong healthy adult role models and all the opportunities they need to achieve success as defined by them.

 

We believe that strong social programming is the best form of prevention, and that all children and youth in our community deserve every opportunity to excel and achieve their full potential.  We manage all our youth programs with a strong focus on mentorship while managing all of our discipline and behaviour issues through a restorative justice approach.  

 

Spence Neighbourhood Association runs our Youth and Family Programs out of the Magnus Eliason Recreation Centre (MERC) at 430 Langside Street.  For more information on each specific program please click on the program name below:
