Spence Neighbourhood Association Incentives

Spence Neighbourhood Association offers two types of Incentives during the year:  The Community Initative Program and the Fix-Up Incentive.

These Incentives help organizations or individuals make a difference in the Spence Neighbourhood.

This year we have an additional Incentive:  Spence Neighbourhood Homebuyer Assistance Program.

The SNA Community Incentives Program is supported by Neighbourhoods Alive! The objective of the program is to connect Spence residents, build community capacity, and promote community well-being.  Activities, events, initiatives, and programs that contribute to a thriving Spence Neighbourhood may receive incentives up to a maximum of $5,000. Each year SNA gives out $50,000 to community initiatives through this program.

The Exterior Housing Fix-Up Incentives (EHFI) program provides financial assistance to fix up the exterior of your home or rental property, located in the Spence neighbourhood.
